When will I receive my order?
Once you place an order on our website we will review it right away, assign it to the closest warehouse to your location and prepare / pack the requested items.
Processing and handling time can take up to 3 business days plus 2 to 5 days of shipping depending on your location.
A tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order ships out.

Even though we (and our couriers) always intend to deliver parcels as soon as possible and in time, parcels might arrive later than expected due to any given circumstance. Our warehouse is located in France (Britain) for 48 hours delivery, but we don't have any physical storefronts. We ship everything directly from our warehouses right to your door for your convenience.
